The Van Der Poel Kaas / Gonedsa are fortunate to have the opportunity of sourcing their milk locally, from various dairies in the Doornkraal Cullinan district. After much fastidious care, they are satisfied that the quality of the milk that they use to produce their cheese compliments their standards of excellence. Gonedsa's ability to manage and take control of the cold chain ensures that by the time their farm fresh milk enters their facilities, The “labour of love” begins and the milk is turned into their very own cheese. Gonedsa's exclusive cheese is manufactured using the traditional “Ou-Hollandse” style, taught to us by their ancestors.
